Rosa is amazing! She does my hair perfect every time! I have had my hair done at many places & Rosa is the absolute best. I had never dyed my hair before Rosa but my confidence in her abilities gave me the encouragement to dye my hair for the 1st time. I love my highlights & she does them without using any bleach. I’ve been seeing her now for over a year and my hair is the healthiest its ever been! Her haircuts are always perfect and trendy. She is personable and welcoming.
