Critical: Professionalismabsolutely awful customer service!! i came in to get a balayage and a blowout and the issues started when i first called for the appointment. the girl on the phone said their balayage is usually around $100 and i should have been suspicious hearing that price considering other places said a balayage costed $200+. i made an appointment anyways and the girl who did my hair was great, her name was toni and she was really nice and experienced. i ended up finding out that the price i was told was for the half head of the balayage, not the full head. it would’ve been nice to know that before coming in. my hair was done and i ended up not needing a glaze, which was nice because then i would be paying less. toni told me the price would be $185 usually but it would be cheaper without the glaze. i also had a 20% off coupon for any service, and i calculated that it would come down to $148 with the coupon. then i went to the front to pay and handed the girl my coupon and the total came out to $153. i didn’t think anything of it, until i was on my way home and realized i was charged for the glaze that i did not get. i immediately tried calling and i called at least 5 times, and there was no answer. i called again the next day and was told that the 20% off came off for the blowout when i specifically asked for it to come off for the balayage since it said for any service. the girl who answered said the manager was very busy and took my number for her to call me back, and i got no call. worst customer service ever, i will never be going back!Service: Balayageabsolutely awful customer service!! i came in to get a balayage and a blowout and the issues started when i first called for the appointment. the girl on the phone said their balayage is usually around $100 and i should have been suspicious …More
