Jackie is very knowledgeable about products that will work best for my very fine hair. She is always prompt to appointment time, very pleasant to work with and I always look beautiful after a perm and styling. I would recommend this salon to those who enjoy a personal one-on-one time with the stylist who is not trying to squeeze other people into your time slot and letting you sit and wait on them. I have been going to this salon for 4+ years and love it. Jackie is very knowledgeable about products that will work best for my very fine hair. She is always prompt to appointment time, very pleasant to work with and I always look beautiful after a perm and styling. I would recommend this salon to those who enjoy a personal one-on-one time with the stylist who is not trying to squeeze other people into your time slot and letting you sit and wait on them. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI had an amazing experience with Joan! She gave me an excellent cut, I am receiving non stop complements, but I am impressed with how she cut my daughters hair. My daughter is 3 years old that was born with a head full of hair. Before Covid hit, I went to another salon and she would not tolerate getting her hair cut. Her hair extended to the lowest part of her back and had natural curl to it. It has been difficult to manage and she barely tolerates me touching her head let alone trying to comb out the snarls.Joan, did an amazing job with my little girl. She was so patient and completely engaged with her. When she started getting upset, Joan was able to get my daughter focused on something else and continued with the cut. My daughter has such a cute cut, we are very happy.Joan also provided me with proper education so I understand on what I need to do to help my daughter manage her hair.
