Went on website to book a request for appointment after being recommended by my hairdresser who is down with health issues. One stylist wanted a credit card for appointment ahead in case of cancellation. Never!!!! The other had request to leave message for appointment. After a week never heard from her so found another place. Bad business to use website for appointment request and never look at them. Won’t ever give cc for possible cancellation before even getting an appointment no matter how ” good” stylist is supposed to be. Let my own lady know about her referral as well.
