Went to roots today for the first time and was very happy with my experience. I came here because my stylist Mikaela moved here from a different salon and I’ll definitely be following her and coming back. The salon was clean and brightly lit. Cheryl at the front was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of off street parking and not far from the highway. Mikaela as usual did an amazing job with my hair, took the time to find out what I was wanting and looking for. I never felt rushed even with all the time she spent giving me ideas and tips for styling and new products to try. I had a full foil and cut done. Very pleased with her work, the dimension of the color as well as the fresh cut. I’m never breaking up with this stylist!!

My hair was ruined by another stylist at another salon 3 weeks before my wedding. I called to make an emergency appointment and the lovely receptionist told me She thought Jordan would be a really good match for me. I explained to Jordan what I wanted and when I tell you that she delivered !!! I’m getting married on Sunday and I am so happy Jordan was able to fix another salons mistakes! I highly recommend this salon. Kind , professional and super sweet!

I can not say enough about this beautiful salon and the amazing, talented stylists that work here! I have been seeing Michelle for 5 years and she is the absolute best. Not only do I always leave looking beautiful, but I feel relaxed (they serve wine!!), valued, and like I had just spent time with a friend! The whole staff is happy, and welcoming. Love it here and look forward to my appointments!

Love my haircut. However, my low star rating is due to the horribly unprofessional employees in the back room I overheard during my hair appointment today. They were being VERY loudly transphobic. My two best friends identify as trans and I was trying not to cry during my hair appointment because what they said was so awful and offensive. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ as it’s clearly not a safe space.
