Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKrystal is AMAZING! She is not only the cutest and sweetest thing EVER… but she does awesome work. She’s colored my hair multiple times and she always gets it exactly how I want it. She also listens to what I want with my cut. I hate when stylists get “scissor happy”… she never does that. She always makes sure to get my hair exactly how I like it. For my baby shower, she colored my hair, went and got extensions for me and colored them at the same time. Came back the next day and put the extensions in for the actual event… you couldn’t even tell it wasn’t my hair. AND she curled my hair perfectly in a loose curl just like I wanted it. Krystal is AMAZING! She is not only the cutest and sweetest thing EVER… but she does awesome work. She’s colored my hair multiple times and she always gets it exactly how I want it. She also listens to what I want with my cut. I hate when stylists get “scissor happy”… she never does that. She always makes sure to get my hair exactly how I like it. First off, let me start out by saying I am the type of guy who had never went to a professional hair studio in his life to get a proper hair cut until last year during the pandemic when I desperately needed one upon returning to the office(I usually went to the closest / cheapest haircut I could find). Every time I left “Great Clips” or “insert franchise name here” , I always left feeling like I rolled the dice of whether or not my hair actually looked good and I was satisfied with my haircut. Well, that all changed upon my first haircut at Roots with Krystal. She took the time to actually cut my hair the way my hair NEEDS to be cut, not just how short and how fast she could cut it like most people do, but really focused on the QUALITY of the cut. She is incredibly nice and actually takes your input of what you want with your hair as her number one priority and will tell you what works with your hair and what doesn’t. I was always use to paying $8 bucks at other places for a haircut and sometimes walking out looking like I cut it myself in the mirror…. Well I don’t have that problem anymore and I can assure you that you won’t either. This review is for Krystal. First off, let me start out by saying I am the type of guy who had never went to a professional hair studio in his life to get a proper hair cut until last year during the pandemic when I desperately needed one upon returning to the office(I usually went to the closest / cheapest haircut I could find). Lisa did a wonderful job with my hair today. She took her time to explain me the best options for my hair, avoiding many mistakes that I’ve seen in the past by other hair stylists (too dark color, hot roots, uneven color, etc). The result was a very natural and beautiful color. I just moved to the area and decided to give Roots a try, and I’m so glad I found this place! Lisa did a wonderful job with my hair today. She took her time to explain me the best options for my hair, avoiding many mistakes that I’ve seen in the past by other hair stylists (too dark color, hot roots, uneven color, etc). The result was a very natural and beautiful color. The place is so pretty and I love how they use organic products, recycled material, etc. I highly recommend this place!
