I never need to wait for my appointments, and I always leave with exactly what I asked for. The salon is very accommodating, clean, and they offer free snacks/drinks during your appointment. They charged my credit card $50.00, I canceled the apt two days after I made it which was 11 days BEFORE the appointment. Apt was made in MAY of 2022. I’ve tried calling them they never answer the phone and never return my call. I’ve disputed this charge with credit card company and still nothing. Basically they have stolen $50.00 from me and I’ve never even stepped in their building.
