After nearly a decade it was time to try a new style. And after 6 months it was definitely time for a hair cut. I explained to Jessica what I was thinking and how it was nervous. She asked lots of questions which helped me understand what I could have versus what I thought would work. Then she even explained with pictures. Thanks. Afterwards I was happy and surprised. I am now booking out every three weeks to keep things trimmed in tight. Thank you so much Jessica.

Wonderful place to get your hair done! My hair always looks great and my co-workers compliment me all the time! Never a dull moment there either! Stylists keep me laughing and entertained! Great staff, wouldn’t get my hair done any where else! Highly recommended!

Stylist was late, with no apology or regret. Moseyed in and fiddled with things before even acknowledging the appointment. Seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to request a wash with the cut. Then after showing her pictures of what I wanted and a picture of what I definitely did not want. She gave me the cut of exactly what i did not want. We even had a conversation over the fact I didn’t want layers if at all possible. They don’t work on my hair. At the end I think she realized her error bc she couldn’t get the hair to not flip out. It looks like a feathered flip from 2 decades ago. But of course no apology from her. Should have gone with my gut and not scheduled because the middle aged permed lady that booked the appointment was also rude and acted like scheduling was an inconvenience. I will definitely never go back.
