I moved to Cortland after college and bounced around to several hair stylist in Cortland, always disappointed. Finally, I found Roots Hair Salon and decided to give it a try. I had a consultation with Desarae about my color options and she delivered everything I wanted. Every time I go, I leave feeling so good about myself. You can trust the quality and expertise of the stylists at this salon. They hold themselves to very high standards. I can’t say enough good things about them.
