My hairdresser Lisa spent quality with me and ask me my likes and dislikes , I also met the hairdresser that worked next to Lisa which I think her name was Beth, whom was just as sweet to her client .I also was served a beverage of my choce . My experiemce was amazing ! My hairdresser Lisa spent quality with me and ask me my likes and dislikes , I also met the hairdresser that worked next to Lisa which I think her name was Beth, whom was just as sweet to her client .I also was served a beverage of my choce . The salon was beautiful and bright . Will definitly be going back .

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWOULD NOT RECOMMEND went here to get a fill for my lashes asked for a DRAMATIC look they looked worse then when i went in before the fill, walked out it looked like i didnt even have lashes on reached out to Jordyn after appointment explained to her i was not happy and now i have to go pay for somebody to fix them she apologized and said come in tomorrow after 11 for full refund got a call from the managers the next day Elizabeth (beth) and Lisa (Jordyns stepmom) that recommended jordyn pretty much to get her first client it seemed like and they advised me sorry jordyns not in charge i am and youre not getting a refund had to dispute the charge with the bank terrible terrible customer service and dont ever get your lashes done here here is a picture of my lashes right after my appointment not to mention woke up with glue all in and around my eyes the next morning after not having me sign a waiver i advised manager next day and she said “those waivers dont matter you can buy off them amazon ” jordyn even advised me when getting my lashes done that she gets random certifications doing online courses and dosent do anything with them , step mom must of recommended her when calling the salon to try and get her a client below is pic of my “dramatic” lashes that manager said she thinks they look good remind u most of these are my real lashesWOULD NOT RECOMMEND went here to get a fill for my lashes asked for a DRAMATIC look they looked worse then when i went in before the fill, walked out it looked like i didnt even have lashes on reached out to Jordyn after appointment …More
