I cannot put into words how thankful I am for Heidi! I came to her four years after another stylist fried my hair, and was still having trouble getting my hair to grow past my shoulders. 1 year with Heidi and my hair is at my mid-back and so healthy. She’s so talented, and always takes the time to explain which products are going to be the most beneficial to your hair. She and her team have created a welcoming, fun environment.

I wish Google would let me leave a 10 star review for this salon! For YEARS I struggled with my hair. From a bad bleach job to an unwanted mullet the struggle was REAL! For 25+ years, I have been coloring my hair, & no stylist has ever taken the time to educate me on proper hair care. From my very 1st visit with Heidi (4 years ago), she taught me the importance of hair care & proper products, as well as how to tame this crazy mop on my head without frying it off. There have been many times I have asked her to do something, & she simply tells me no. She knows what my hair can handle, & even though I may not like her answer I trust her judgement 100%. Not only is Heidi the absolute best in the business, all the girls at Rooted treat you like family. If you have never had your hair washed by Morgan… OMG! If I ever win the lottery she will be moving in with me (sorry Heidi ). Sam & Lexi are the sweetest! I love how all the girls work together, & ask each other’s opinions, because honestly some times it takes a village! You can tell this is a no drama salon, which is very rare. I could go on & on, but I think I’ve got my point across! Rooted is the BEST! If you haven’t used their service, please go see them. You will not be dissappointed! And I have to add, don’t be upset if you ask to get in & they don’t have appointments for a while. All of the best restaurants are hard to make reservations at, & hair service is no different! That should tell you something right there! Heidi gets business & retains it…. Love all you girls ❤️
