I’ve been going to Method since it opened and always have a great experience. Have had a weekly sauna membership most of the time. And got massages there many times. Love that they thought of every little detail to make my experience as relaxing as possible – offering healthy sparkling waters to take with, ice cold towels, high quality soaps in bathrooms/showers (to name a few), it’s always clean there and smells really good thanks to the diffusors with essential oils everywhere, front desk ladies are nice and caring, massage therapist are high quality.

I’ve been coming to Rooted Method Spa since this summer when Nicole became the new owner and renamed the spa. I use the saunas once weekly and have had one massage, so far, with Christine. Christine’s massage was excellent! She specializes in deep tissue massage and does well at releasing your most restricted areas. The entire spa is very clean and everyone I’ve encountered is professional, helpful, and very friendly. They genuinely want you to feel better while you are there and after your services. I highly recommend Rooted Method Spa for your massage and sauna needs!

Victoria discussed prior to the massage what my goal was and customized the massage to my needs. I had a frozen shoulder at the time and Victoria helped the range of motion and it really made a difference. I would highly recommend Victoria.

The energy in this spa is amazing. Staff are sweet and kind. I have yet to get a massage but will be booking one soon. I have only done the infrared sauna a few times and I love it. The sauna is clean and peaceful. I’d recommend bringing lots of water and building up the temperature if it’s your first time. It’s a hidden gem!!

One of my happy places here in VB. All the sauna rooms are beautiful, spacious, super clean and inviting spaces. The heat is perfection and uniform throughout the whole sitting area. Love the color changing lighting. The shower area is awesome and super clean. All staff I’ve interacted with are lovely. Always such a wonderful experience!

The staff is amazing and always has everything set up perfectly. The saunas are always clean and the whole atmosphere is relaxing. They also sell some of the best products! I have been a member here for a few years. It is my go to place for all things wellness and self care. It was great before, but my experience here has improved tenfold with new ownership & their mission to offer a full service wellness center. I have seen six massage therapists here and love them all. Each masseuse offers unique specialties, whether it’s myofascial release, cupping, reiki, the list goes on and on. Getting a sauna session before a massage is a must! And not to mention, the spa is warm & inviting, very clean and the receptionists are personable, knowledgeable and always bring a smile to your face.

I’ve been a regular for several months. It’s a clean, professional, and relaxing environment. Staff members are friendly and welcoming every time I go. The therapists are knowledgeable and seem to know exactly what I need when I describe a trouble spot. I’ve hade multiple therapists and they’re all top notch but Miranda is my personal favorite.
