Locally owned Rooted Massage & Recovery is your one stop hub to relax, rejuvenate, and recover! They have a variety of services such as massage therapy, facial stretch therapy, cryotherapy, chinese fire cupping, infrared sauna, and normatec to help you decompress, especially during these stressful uncertain times. The staff is friendly, helpful, patient, professional and very accommodating to your needs. Spacious main entry is welcoming and room was pleasantly ambient and clean. Owner Jamie is amazing and takes great care of her customers! Gabriel, massage therapist, providing me with first class treatment. I was in great need of a massage since I’m always working from a desk. We had a quick briefing, did his assessment, provided helpful tips and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. My mind & body is a whole lot better now and plan on returning for a monthly treatment. I highly encourage Rooted Massage & Recovery to anyone.
