Seriously great experience. IWent in for a haircut (my long hair was getting too much so chopped it to a a bob) and Winter was the best. I wasn’t quite satisfied with the cut and went back the next day. This salon booked me a hair appointment almost over a year away. I did not book this appointment and when they sent me an email days prior to appointment I called and cancelled. I got a call the day of appointment asking if I was coming and I told them I had already cancelled. I noticed about 2 weeks later they charged me $115 no fee charge. Even though I cancelled this appointment before any type of no show fee would be charged they didn’t have my phone call on file. This seems to be a scam, and clearly untrained employees. The manager Rebecca Erickson was extremely terrible and unwilling to help.

Danielle is an amazing stylist. She did a fantastic job on my hair and made the entire experience comfortable from beginning to end. I ordered a fashion color. Purple, orange, and red. It came out incredible. After the job she did, I don’t think I can be willing to let anyone else touch my hair again. The customer service was great and the overall atmosphere was quiet and calm. If you’re looking for an amazing experience, ask for Danielle. . I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a great treat for themselves.

I had my hair done by Sam 1.5 years ago and it was genuinely a traumatic experience. I had to shave my head because I hated my hair for over a year and couldn’t find a way to love the look. She was rude in consulting and kept telling me that what I liked didn’t look good, critiquing my style, and shaming me for asking questions. She refuses to do what I wanted with my hair because she said she didn’t like it. She destroyed my curl pattern in the cut and told me to not wear my natural hair. Yet I still paid and tipped. I regret that cut and color more than almost anything in my life. Sam should’ve turned me away if she didn’t want to do my color, instead of bullying me into something I hated for over a year.
