I recently started my journey doing research on what I could do about my thinning hair. Before coming to Root Hair, I visited the big name hair surgery businesses around the area and the “consultants” were more focused on surgery as the only logical next steps and I didn’t get to speak to a doctor. My time at Root Hair was completely opposite! During my consultation Dr. Roopani offered some other treatment options to try prior to surgery. He did say I was a good candidate for surgery but did not push me at all. It was more of a if and when I decide I am ready conversation. Dr R also talked about the best maintenance for after surgery so I have the best chance at keeping my results. It was refreshing to have a consultation with an actual doctor! Root Hair will be the place I go to for surgery when I’m ready!

Once I did my consult with Root Hair Institute, they explained to me that they could do the surgery without having to shave your head! I went for it and what an amazing experience. Both hair transplant doctors, Dr. Kash and Dr. Roopani, as well as the whole team were excellent. They are true experts in the field. Walked me through every step with a calm, compassionate and professional approach. They explained clearly what I should expect through every step.
