Sorry but this will be a long winded review. I usually take my daughter to Great Clips, she has straight hair so a trim and long layers are suffice for her. Simple cut but not this time and not sure what the stylist was thinking but it was choppy looking and not even at all. Root 62 was able to get my daughter in the same day I stopped in. Phew! Melissa was our stylist and let me tell you how wonderful she is, mine daughter was smiling from ear to ear the whole night! I can not thank you enough for undoing this mess for her. She was upset before the appointment because she was afraid you would have to cut a lot off to even it out. You have landed new clients and I’m excited to see what you do with my mane. Thank you Melissa and Root 62. Everyone have a great Christmas and Happy New Year!

Melissa did an AMAZING job on my over-processed mess of fine hair. I take extremely good care of my hair, but my previous stylist at a different salon stopped listening, killed my ends, and gave me a three minute cut that was ridiculously uneven back in June.
