Never going back. Had an appointment at 6:45 which was switched to 7, no big deal. Finally got to a chair at 7:20. Then somehow a normal $36 cut jumped up to $48 conveniently when I was ready to pay. Plus I had to do my own trimming on the sides to make my haircut half way even. Not worth the money.

Great experience. I was seated on time, the place was clean, I was greeted and talked to. Paige did a great job on my beard. It looks amazing now. Went from wild and bushy to pro looking. Got my head shaved with a straight razor. She did a fantastic job. Not a single nic. The service they describe on the website is exactly what happens. Paige held a good engaging conversation and made me feel comfortable. She answered my annoying questions about tools and what she was doing with a smile. I feel refreshed and confident now. I can’t recommend this place more highly.

Positive: QualityRoosters is a great place to get your hair cut but this review is more about Ciarra. She is AWESOME. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave some advice and then gave me a great cut. Not only was the cut solid but she was very nice and pleasant to be around. It was a great experience start to finish!

Do yourself a favor and go to this place! Easy online scheduling, was called back within 5 minutes of my appointment time, the barber made recommendations, and took care of everything! I have gone to other barber shops, salons, spas, and places such as (not so great) clips. This place not only met expectations but exceeded them. I signed up for the Gentleman’s Choice (it had been a rough week) and it was amazing. The barber (Shae) kept the hot towels coming, was precise and smooth with the razor, and I looked and felt fantastic at the end. Best part, the shave was so close the next morning my face was still smooth as butter! I’ll be going back. You should too!

Absolutely love this place. Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to grooming and hair products. Not only do they cut and trim beards and mustaches, but they teach you and give you tips on how to do it yourself. I have been going to Justine for a few months now and am never disappointed. Never felt pressured into buying their products, but their beard butter, “Tree Hugger” smells good and makes the beard look sharp.
