I would say that the stylist was attentive, but the cut was not worth the money! I arrived at 2:01PM and was back in my car by 2:19PM. I have used Roosters in other US cities and had a great experience. The stylist had called earlier in the day and asked me to come early as he had to leave by 2:30. No problem. But the total experience was in no way consistent with the haircut description on the web or what I had found at other Roosters. Crazy fee + tip! I won’t be back.

I had a fair experience up until paying. And in the end, I felt totally ripped off. It’s not that the cut was expensive, which it was, but that Diana was not upfront about extra charges. I asked for a small detail during my cut that only took about 3 minutes to implement. She didn’t inform me at any point beforehand that the this detail would end up nearly doubling the price of the haircut, and I didn’t see any indication on the website that this detail would incur these extra charges.

in short it was a disaster. I wanted a normal short haircut and the result was I looked like a plucked chicken. Britney absolutely cannot cut short hair. I asked her beforehand if she could, a clear no would not have been a problem for me. in the end when I let my displeasure run free she told me to leave the shop. Sorry never again.

It was not good at all man cutting my hair never spoke to words to me I told him what I wanted he did the opposite of what I told him finally I told him to stop $33 and the haircut I got was shameful I would never go back there again and I would never recommend anybody to go there And I even gave him a tip which he did not deserve or I should’ve never left
