I have never left a review anywhere but this is bad. So, I walked in and they saw me which is great but after my hair cut the barber, Ashley, tried to rush me out. I said I’m paying for a beard trim. Even though there was no one there she said” well I guess I have time”. At first it seemed ok until the worst razor burn I’ve ever had set in and I noticed the lines were uneven. My mustache was never trimmed and again I was the only customer here. I easily could have done a better job myself but wanted to look nice for a big night out. Epic failure. My wife can’t stop staring at my neck, even my waiter clearly noticed and kept staring and my daughter is horrified and wants to fix it. I would not go here. Oh and it was 52$ so not a cheap cut. I’m Honestly mortified.

I’ve had a mix of barber-experiences. The woman who shaved my head was amazing, attentive, and friendly. No razor burn for once! I’ve found who I plan on requesting. It’s too bad they don’t have a program or discount for customers who need a haircut more often.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been to this shop about a half dozen times.I made an on-line appointment for 12:10pm. When I arrived at 12:00 I was told my appointment was for 12:40. The stylist, Alfredo was busy with cut, style and dye job.I show my on-line confirmation for 12:10. No effort was made to get me in on time. Critical: ProfessionalismI made an online appointment Wednesday 9/1 for my soon to be sophomore son for a new look before high school starts. We arrived 10 minutes early and began to check in when the woman began to tell me we had no appointment scheduled. I told her the name of the stylist I had selected Randy (who was there) and showed her my registration email. She asked me when I scheduled the appointment I told her Wednesday 9/1 she proceeded to explain to me that they had a glitch in their system due to a bad storm we had had the day after Thursday 9/2 and they had lost some appointments. I asked if there was anything they could do for us….. I was not offered any possible cancellations And I was rudely told they were booked up until Tuesday and there was nothing she could do. No sorry nothing. So I told her this is very unfortunate and we would not be returning. We arrived 10 minutes early and began to check in when the woman began to tell me we had no appointment scheduled. I have been going to Roosters once a month since 2018. I have never had a bad experience! The staff is very friendly. I always see the the same stylist every time I book an appointment. The shop is clean and well maintained. The employees listen to you and will try to do the best of their ability! I would also like to give a big shout to Elysia! Thanks for the great service! I’m very finicky when it comes to my haircuts. I’ve never found a barbershop I was comfortable with…until a friend of mine recommended Roosters in East Greenwich. I have NEVER gotten a bad haircut here, they’re all winners. I get complimented all the time about my haircuts. I also really enjoy that I can book my appointments on their website. Keeps track of all of my appointments. Seriously, try them out. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place for a haircut. They go all the way. If you want a proper barbershop experience, they can help you out. They’ll give you a haircut, shave, hot towel, and shampoo all reasonably priced. They also have a nice selection of hair care products available for purchase. Olivia gave me a great haircut, and it was honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, both in looks and experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. Do call ahead, as they schedule their appointments, but they can usually work in walk-ins with minimal wait time.
