Not sure if it was just one lady who can’t really cut well. Botched up my son’s hair. Had to ask her to fade the lines at the bottom edges so it can be tolerable. Didn’t want her to extend the damage. One side looked like it was chopped up bad. It was either she was good or just in a rush. Did it in just 10 mins. Never again.

This is definitely the worst haircut my husband has gotten at this location– the last time was also bad, but not as obvious, and cut by the same female (manager). When I called to complain about the obviously bad job done, I was told by another female employee that she knew who I was talking about, and everyone there knows she does a bad job but the woman who cut his hair (both times) is a manager, so nothing will be done about this person; Dani offered to help by offering a new haircut– though it’s so short all she could do is a buzz cut or an awkwardly short mohawk, so we asked for a refund. She said she would reach out to me, and she called me from her personal number, but never reached back out to me after I sent her the initial text back, so litterally nothing was ever resolved. After a month of waiting to hear back,I decided to just leave a review. someone please fire the manager that is giving sloppy haircuts. People have to walk around looking like idiots because of this one person– who honestly might be drunk on the job if you’re butchering an easy haircut that badly. Make the drive to folsom or a different roosters if possible, don’t waste your time and money here.

The Stylist did a great job cleaning me up, hair and beard, for a wedding I went to. I never had a professional beard trim done before, so I trusted her on how she thought to shape and trim it based on how my facial hair grows and she did excellent. I wish I remembered her name, but I remember both Ladies were friendly and nice to talk with while I was there. Great job, speedy, and friendly.

I usually cut my husband’s hair and it’s better than what she did.She saw a picture and didn’t even bother to match, she just cut the sides like it’s something we need a specialist to do!! Didn’t even bother to use scissors to match the hair length as you can see in the picture, then made a big hole on the right side that we don’t know how we can hide it.After 6 month waiting she spent only 10 minutes to ruin the wait. The problem with this Roosters location is that the staff are not classically trained Barbers. I went for the first time recently, and I am basically getting my haircut by a typical Stylist that could be found at any haircutting establishment, but I am being charged double. I am assuming this is to pay for their expensive piece of real estate. Since the quality is not top-tier, this business model is unsustainable.

Really nice place that was perfect for me. I work nearby and had to get a cut on my lunch break. Made the appointment over the phone and got right in. Great service and great cut. A little pricey for me, but I got what I paid for. I’ll definitely be back.

Best hair cut I have ever had. My stylist Casey was very professional and took good care of me. She captured the look I was going for perfectly. Topped off with a shampoo and a neck shave she left me feeling like a trillion dollar bill. I will be going back for her great service. Good to get a cut from somewhere other than supercuts and leave feeling special. Ask for Casey shes awesome.

I gave them a shot because I couldn’t get in to see my normal girl and I had an event that I had to go to. Nice enough place but $40+ for a quick clippers cut wasn’t what I expected, she didn’t even touch the scissors. I understand my hair type is unusual in the suburbs (course curly hair) but there wasn’t too much attention paid to evening it out. The razor on the back of the neck is a nice touch but she stretched out my shirt to where it’s unwearable any longer. Again nice enough people and I’m glad they got me in but I won’t be going back.

After using competitor’s services for some time and being happy with it, I decided to give this place a try. As my first time, I was not disappointed. I was welcomed warmly with an offering of a drink until the stylist was ready. I went in for a haircut and a beard trim and loved the knowledge and proactiveness of Kseniya as to what I wanted and her ability to relate. Very pleased with how it all turned out and ended up buying some beard care products from them as well! I will go again the next time.
