Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually don’t write reviews but this haircut certainly warranted one. I honestly would rate 5 stars for the haircut alone; it was clean, quick, and amazingly done! But what really made my day was my haircut specialist Nicole. She was incredibly nice, personable, and just an incredible person. Left the shop with an amazing haircut and my day was brightened 100% thanks to our conversation. I usually don’t write reviews but this haircut certainly warranted one. I honestly would rate 5 stars for the haircut alone; it was clean, quick, and amazingly done! But what really made my day was my haircut specialist Nicole. She was incredibly nice, personable, and just an incredible person. Critical: Quality, ValueThe haircut prices are extraordinarily high and they do not spend ample time on your hair. My 15 minute haircut was $32. I’ve gotten much better haircuts for a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend getting a haircut elsewhere. Also, all employees should wear a mask inside even if they’re not cutting hair. The haircut prices are extraordinarily high and they do not spend ample time on your hair. My 15 minute haircut was $32. I’ve gotten much better haircuts for a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend getting a haircut elsewhere. Also, all employees should wear a mask inside even if they’re not cutting hair. That’s just common sense.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went in for a scheduled appointment. They were late and asked if I could stick around. I waited over 20 minutes and was noticing that there was a lack of professionalism and the quality was not good. The guy before me had a terrible looking cut in the back as it was uneven and looked like a patch of hair was missing. Then they took ten minutes to check him out and pay. I went in for a scheduled appointment. They were late and asked if I could stick around. I waited over 20 minutes and was noticing that there was a lack of professionalism and the quality was not good.
