Loved the cleanliness and smell. Scheduling two appointments was easy and the receptionist was friendly. My first son got his haircut, quick, simple and just what I asked for. Loved the service! Second son is younger and doesn’t like people he doesn’t know sometimes. We were trying to figure out the best way to get his haircut and I was trying to coax him to just sit in my lap… This whole ordeal took less than 5 minutes (Maybe 3?) and the barber basically said she had other clients waiting. He was nervous as this was his first barber visit without my husband. I understand her time is valuable so even if I had not received a service, I still would have compensated her for blocking the 30 minute appointment I scheduled for each son. Poor customer service by that specific stylist, everyone else was fabulous. Leaving with a very bad taste in my mouth though so I’m not sure if we will return.

Came in for the first time on Thursday after finding other area shops with an hour plus wait. Roosters fit me in and got me situated in 10 min. Anthony was my barber. He is truly a master as his card says. Was detailed and made sure everything was perfect. The haircut was so awesome that not only did my wife complement the haircut but even my teenage kids took time to notice. So glad I came in and can’t wait to come back and see Anthony again. Thank you so much. Best hair cut I have had in a long time!!!

My husband just came home with his best haircut ever! He was so impressed with the salon and the staff there. He said that before his stylist began, she discussed with him what cut he wanted, then afterwards there was another consultation by the store manager to find out if they’d met his expectations, if there was anything else they could do to make his experience even better, etc. Impressive!! It’s so nice to find a business that actually cares about their clients!

Probably the worst haircut I’ve had in my adult life. I asked for something very simple, #2 on the sides, finger length on top. I got nearly shaved bald on the sides and 3 inches on top. Had my son haircut last week and stylist Anthony Brown was rude and nor friendly at all. My son also got a cut on his back from the trimmer. Please make sure the equipment Anthony uses are regularly maintained as its not a pleasant experience seeing my 4 year old getting cuts on his neck.
