They are on time. Debbie does great each time I’ve seen her. Good shave and haircut. Attention to detail is excellent. I like going here and I have recommended them to others. Call ahead to get in. Don’t go to this barber shop! They have very bad customer service along with the staff very rude and not willing to help you. I scheduled appointment a month ago and once I showed up on my appointment date they tell me you don’t have an appointment today. I showed them my email confirmation for toodays appointment. The stylist said we had a system upgrade this week you don’t have an appointment nothing they can do, Why did Rooster not have the courtesy to call/email to inform customers.

Melinda gave me a great haircut and beard trim. Debbie was a little rude and unprofessional after I made a mistake in booking and caused some confusion. Despite me apologizing and taking ownership she continued to bring it up to my stylist while she was cutting my hair. Despite this my experience was saved by the quality of the haircut and rest of my staff experiences.
