Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI took my 13 yr old son in for a trim and because of bad behavior on the stylists part he ended up with a VERY short haircut. He was devastated. Amber was the stylist he saw. She was very upbeat with the man before him, showing him things on her phone and ultimately taking my son back 17 mins late. Once my son sat in the chair her whole demeanor changed. She was rude, her voice changed to very negative, and she put down his previous hair cut and the salon. She then spent the entire appt complaining to her fellow stylists about 2 of them leaving early and she was NOT taking another appt. She looked over her should repeatedly checking to be sure she didn’t have anyone schedule online and told one girl not to answer the phone anymore. Once one girl left, she bad mouthed her the entire time and complained about someone named Tina not blocking the schedule. I left messages multiple times to talk about this terrible appt with a manager, but no one bothered to call. This rating is deserved. I took my 13 yr old son in for a trim and because of bad behavior on the stylists part he ended up with a VERY short haircut. He was devastated. Amber was the stylist he saw.
