Showed up as a walk-in there were 4 employees talking. We all made eye contact and I was still ignored. While i proceeded to stand and wait at the front desk for 15 minutes until one of the employees finally broke away from the conversation to answer the phone she scheduled an appointment for the person on the phone and then told me it would be about an hour and a half before I could be helped. I have never been here before I saw it had good reviews and I live close by and need a new Barber but their reviews are definitely misleading and I can say with certainty that I would not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

I go here to see Megan regularly. I won’t stop but, I went in for a shave on a day she wasn’t there and got Melaina. She was also delightful. I enjoy everyone here. They treat you well. The service is tremendous. They’re skilled and you’ll leave looking and feeling like a million bucks.

I have been going here for almost a year. Several ladies have done my hair. I have not had any complaints from any of them. The best in opinion is Brittany, she is a great hair dresser, very good at communicating and cute too! I will be going back often.

I’m a returning customer. But received a very rude, disinterested greeting today. Hurried me to the back. Impatient with me about my cut, rushed through my cut in 10 mins. Even after the lackluster service I still tipped her 25% and not even a smile or a thank you. Everyone has bad days but if you treat a returning customer like this, you won’t be around for long. I could’ve saved $30 and went to Best Cuts for a quick trim and lousy customer service.

Stylist was convinced that what I wanted was not what I needed now my 5″ of beard growth is about 1 inch max. The haircut is uneven in all directions. She was also set on the fact that I part my hair and after messing with it for a while decided on a side now my bangs are crooked when they lay flat. If the lighting was better in the place I would have refuse to pay and definitely not left the tip I did. Back to self cutting my hair. At least my lines are good.

This place is great. I’ve been here several times and always had great service. They take their time and always make you feel like you’re the most important person they are dealing with at any given time. Kevin is amazing. He makes it a point to give the best haircut and beard trim one can get. I’ve had bad beard trims at other places, but never here. Truly amazing.
