What keeps people on time and leaving happy. John actually works there, along with a staff who handles the daily to dos, actually gets a cut and has JOKES, and concern for the well-being of the barbers.

I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment with Sean. After the receptionist said Sean will be right with you, Sean looked over at me and said “ Are you early, because I will not be with you any time soon.” I told him that I was just about 10 minutes early, and his reply was “Well I won’t be with you for a while.” He turned away and went back to cutting his current clients hair. The receptionist just looked at me and didn’t say anything. Not really knowing how long “any time soon” was, I decided to leave and not wait past my scheduled appointment time. I completely understand sometimes being a little behind schedule but the way this was handled was not professional at all. No resolution was offered, just simply told me that it would be a while.

Went there for a beard trim about two months ago. It took me that long for my beard to grow back in. I was terribly disappointed in their skill. Like most barber shops the level of service drastically depends on the barber you get. I had a great cut here with one barber and decided to go back. I tried a different barber and she rushed through the cut (taking just 7 minutes start to finish) Seemingly just reverting to autopilot and giving me “standard white boy cut #2” instead of listening to my request. I have curly hair which she combed out straight and wound up with a cut that only works if you have straight plain hair. I’m going to try somewhere else. Not to mention their water was shut off today and they didn’t even bother calling to see if I wanted to reschedule, just showed up and told me I’d be getting less service for the same price because their water’s off. Cheers.

Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. Customer service is amazing and the whole environment inside is amazing. If you’re nervous about changing up your style or getting a new haircut, Sean is your man. He has excellent service and did a phenomenal job with my hair. If it’s your first time like me, he will run you through the whole process. Great guy and barber alike. Definitely recommend

It is the best place in Peach tree city to get a haircut. You can get the same barber every time and they know exactly how you like your cut. I have a regular appointment every two weeks weather I need a cut or not.
