My son had his hair cut by Vinny tonight at Roosters in Wellesley. He had been growing out his hair for a long while and has thick wavy hair with lots of cowlicks so probably not an easy cut plus he didn’t know what style he wanted. Vinny did a great job and my son loved his new cut and style. We had to go back for a small correction but Vinny was so kind and professional and really did a great job! Thank you Vinny!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe reason I had a poor experience was I went in asking for a specific haircut to the woman cutting my hair, I shared pictures with her of the cut and asked if she could do it, she stated she could. At the end of my cut I went from long curly/wavy hair to so short you couldn’t even style it! I even had to tell her at one point to stop cutting and she was like no I’m making it better. Instead of apologizing for not cutting how we discussed she kept telling me she liked it and it looked much better! I’m like I’m the customer and I hate it! It’s nothing like we discussed, which was much longer. I was not happy with her professionalism or how short she cut my beard as well.
