It all started with a call. I called and asked if there was any people which I was informed that there wasn’t. I got there and all chairs were taken. Which I understand. I didn’t know to sign my name on a notebook which is why I was skipped. Also understandable. I signed my name and waited but as soon as it was my turn they just called one of the guys that got there a good 20 minutes after me. So terrible experience. I went there because I had heard good things about them. I’ve also seen good works when I deliver their mail but today was terrible. Check cameras. Ivan Acosta. From 5:20 pm 12/13/2022. I am very disappointed with the haircut that my son received (no stars!!). We have frequented Roosters and have usually received very good service. This time his front bangs were visibly crooked. When I called to let the manager know (mind you quite politely) he immediately went on the defense and blamed the customer (my son) for not letting the barbers know what he wanted. Although he did offer for us to go back and to “fix” my son’s hair we will not be returning. I am quite disappointed with his unprofessional response and shifting the blame on us and not taking responsibility for a mistake that was made.

Perfect place for back to school fades and any fade for ya. NOW SERIOUS ROWDY ;If i was the mayor or whoever takes care of potholes i wpuld bless this establishment with a new street, Because lowkey the strret to get there can really mess you up if youre in a hurry so i advice someone call the pothole guys and let them know im the person who wants to see change not only for that road but for every road,that way in this case people dont have to go in and out worried aboout their mamalonas or lifted trucks to get dismantled after hitting that pothole from hell .Thank you for watching

Great service. They open at 10am and they were already busy when we got there. Greeted us as soon as we came in. Nephew had a certain cut in mind and they did it just like he wanted. They take their time with customers and do it right.

My mother takes my little brother here for his hair cut. My little brother is a very complicated human being. I really loved how attentive (which I think is the owner) was and how patient he was with my little brother. Also he is very attentive with his work and all of the people at the barber shop. He also accommodates people. There was this elderly person coming in and he took really good care of him, well had one of his barbers accommodate the elderly person on the chair. For me that speaks volumes. I know that they will be relocating to a different location that is nearby. I wish they were more specific. However I am confident we will find the place. I do recommend people to go, however it is a very busy place. I think the earlier you go the better.

They accept walkins, on a Sunday!!! That already was a good note for me! There was a wait of like 20 min. maybe a bit more but it was definitely worth it! My son loved his haircut, it is so detailed and precise! Great job gentlemen!

Absolutly love this place! They never disappoint with my husband and sons hair and they are so patient with my 4 heart old! The doggies that visit are a plus and super sweet!
