Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here for my first time to have my nails done after relocating to Portales. Next morning I noticed two of the nails the gel polish was already starting to peel. I called to see about getting them fixed, older lady told me to just come in and if they have time they will fix it. Went in at 11am was told to return in an hour, returned after an hour was then told to come back at 6pm because they were too busy. Older lady was very upset about it and was yelling at the other employees in her language. Will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone! Spent $60 on my fill with gel polish just to have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I went here for my first time to have my nails done after relocating to Portales. Next morning I noticed two of the nails the gel polish was already starting to peel. I called to see about getting them fixed, older lady told me to just come in and if they have time they will fix it. They have always given me the sets I wanted, funny and interesting conversations, super friendly, and they work with you. I also get my brows done by them and NOBODY else! With my first pregnancy they attended me before closing because they cared for the safety of my unborn child and at the end of my pregnancy they gave me an AMAZING foot massage and pedicure!! It’s been 3 years since then but when I come to visit I stop by to get my brows waxed. Can’t wait to see y’all again!!In all the years of being opened, I’ve NEVER had a problem with them. In all the years of being opened, I’ve NEVER had a problem with them. They have always given me the sets I wanted, funny and interesting conversations, super friendly, and they work with you. I also get my brows done by them and NOBODY else! With my first pregnancy they attended me before closing because they cared for the safety of my unborn child and at the end of my pregnancy they gave me an AMAZING foot massage and pedicure!! It’s been 3 years since then but when I come to visit I stop by to get my brows waxed. Can’t wait to see y’all again!!
