Critical: QualityI have been coming to Roop for years and this isn’t the first time I’ve had my eyebrows messed up. But this was the last straw. The older lady always makes them uneven wether with waxing or threading. Today however I left with two ENTIRELY different eyebrows on my face. I grew them out for MONTHS to fill in patches and my arch. Everything I was growing out was removed, my skin was cut, and now I have to go learn how to fill in my brows with a pencil. Please do not come here. I have been coming to Roop for years and this isn’t the first time I’ve had my eyebrows messed up. But this was the last straw. The older lady always makes them uneven wether with waxing or threading. Today however I left with two ENTIRELY different eyebrows on my face. Critical: ValueDO NOT get waxing done here. I got my legs waxed and a few days later my legs broke out in this terrible rash. I eventually had to visit the doctor because of this. Very unsanitary. They use a reusable roller and basically roll the wax unto your legs. So unhygienic.Service: Body waxing

Just had my eyebrows done and tinted over a week ago, great result and price. One thing that knocked a star was that on Groupon there was an offer for $10 tinting. In which that is there original price, not $15 that showed slashed on Groupon.
