Just came in here for my eyebrows in a huge rush and was first in line waiting. Some older woman came in 5 mins after me holding a Starbucks wanting to do her entire face and they helped her before me as if i was invisible. The woman threading even said “you’re here first right!” She lied and said yes. I should have spoken up but it was a negative experience here

Told them to give me waxing because my skin gets irritated when I do threading. The ladies said no no threading is more better and it will never get irritated. So I trusted them and said “alright then”. Then two days later my skin got irritated and now I have a bunch of acne on the places where they threaded it. -.- never going here again
