I used Room to Glow, Molly, to have my 7 year old daughter’s ears done. Fi is quite uncomfortable about needles so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go or if it’d even happen. From the moment we arrived Fi seemed so comfortable with Molly. I highly recommend taking your little kids here. Molly was understanding, patient and just the best.

During my session, she explained every step to me along the way, took the time she needed to get the exact shape, thickness and color I wanted for my brows and made sure I was happy before making any permanent steps. I knew exactly what to expect during the healing process which has made each step of the healing process less scary as the brows are going through each stage she explained they would. Her studio is cozy, professional and VERY clean. SANITARY!! Molly was amazing! She started our session by explaining to me the process and made sure I clearly understood the after care. During our session she was careful and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We had a great chat while she worked and she continued to make sure I was aware of what was happening next. Molly was extremely professional, and I felt very relaxed during the entire micro blading process. There was little to no pain, and she took her time to make sure every stroke was perfect. I would not hesitate to send best friends and family here. It took me years to bite the bullet, and I’m so glad it lead me to this studio. Great location, and even better service!

Made an appointment with Molly there for small tattoos summer’21. I sent over ideas to work with, but was ghosted til the day of the appointment. I figured she was just gonna reference the ideas when I got there, seeing as it was a flash tiny tattoo deal. First she starts trying to shrug me off to find a person in Portland. So I try to figure out what she WAS comfortable with doing, so I could be within her comfort means. [If you can only do 1-2 designs, say that, show your work for reference if it’s so frustrating to communicate…] Fast forward to day of the appointment. Just to be sure about the schedule still being good, I checked in to let her know I was on my way coming from an hour away. I got about halfway there only to be met with a rude toned response canceling, this being within the hour before our scheduled time. She claimed she wouldn’t have time to just whip something up for me and to reschedule as she outright blamed me for failing to send her any inspo prior to our appointment. I screenshotted our convo with its time-stamps and showed her it was her who failed to follow up with her client, as I did infact send pics and asked questions. Seemed like after she rejected the first idea and tried shrugging me to Portland, she just wrote me and my time/money off not being worth a response. Even if she didn’t hear from me, you’d think another check in before the appointment would be a good idea? A ~professional idea~. Especially if you’re uncomfortable with the plans ahead…maybe iron out those details?? Absolutely unprofessional and wasted my day. I was so stoked and flexible to let her work, only to feel insulted and like I had to suddenly difuse someone else’s bomb. After the tone I got before she realized it was infact her own falling short, it was plenty for me not to want to waste anymore of my time or hard earned money on a business like this. This was just for a tiny tattoo, is the hair side of things this complicated as well?? Must be okay to talk to clients like that…. in my 10 years in the hair industry, I definitely can’t relate with this. 10/10 did not vibe well. 10/10 poor communication. 10/10 poor professionalism. I for sure won’t be referring her for anything to anyone else that’s for sure.
