Critical: ProfessionalismCalled to see how much a haircut would cost and the person on the other side of the phone rudely said, depends on what kind of haircut and continued to say in a rudee tone, ” Gotta Go ” and hung up on me. Mind you that I called 3 other barbershops in the nsb area before calling Ron’s and they were all nice and gave me a price right away without hesitation. If this guy is rude on the phone I can just imagine how rude he is in person. Learn some manners on how to speak to your prospective customers.
