Critical: Quality, ValueAsked to have my fauxhawk trimmed for a class reunion next month….I Already have an exsisting fauxhawk…. Asked them to please not use the clippers but if you HAD to to pull it all in at the end thats fine. She STARTED on my head with a #5 gaurd…..So now she has to figure out how to blend the shorter hair on the bottom in with the mess on the top with a #5 gaurd in the area by my ears….. Now the bottom in the back i can feel is substantially longer than the area she used a #5 gaurd on but is telling me it isnt, that she has only used shears(like shears dont cut?), and that she can do an edge on the bottom area around the nape(i wanted a natural look towards the back when i comb and gel it, not a straight edge thats why i stopped her there) ….but wont give me a mirror to see the back and just keeps asking other people in the beautique if it looks ok…..i have never had someone be so frustrated cutting a fauxhawk….the gentleman i usually go to doesnt even use clippers on my head and thats a mens barbor shop… Waited 2 days to get into this salon because of the good things ive heard from here…… Not impressed….if you dont really want to deal with customers than why do you choose this kind of profession where your money depends on satisfying people….if you are incapale of giving me what i want then that should be established in the beginning and i wouldve happily gone to lakeland to someone else because now i have to have my hair clipped once again because literally ANYONE is given a license to cut hair in FL…… Go here if you dont care what your hair looks like afterward but be warned…I did speak up when i was there.
