Positive: Professionalism, QualityIn hindsight, I should have gotten the nail tech’s name. He was phenomenal. Efficient, friendly and was able to give me ideas for my nails as I wanted French tips but suggested ombré, which was the absolute right idea! In love with this set and color.Service: Dip powder

All I can say is wow! This place is priced way to high for the terrible job that they do on your nails! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I went one time and did not have the best experience and then I went back last week and the woman made an absolute mess of my nails! I was very nice but told her it’s but told her that she was making a mess of my nails and that I wanted to speak to the owner and she wouldn’t let me. She kept telling me she wasn’t finished. Point is I didn’t want her to finish! She was using old clear nail Polish that was chunky and my nails looked like a cheeto! Once she started actually dipping my fingers into the powder she was using her fingers to try to smooth them out. I could go on. Long story short I will never go there again and do not recommend them at all! Awful nail salon. Terrible experience. I was almost in tears.

Very disappointed today. Pedicure was quick and the man was a bit rough. Then my nails. They are smudged, probably old nail polish, at the end. I’m moving on, to a new place. I went there to relax and was very rushed. As usual everything has gone up and no bang for your buck. Pedicure, Dip powder

One of the best experiences I had in a salon. My pedicure appointment was close to the closing time on Sunday, no less.Coco ( or maybe Koko) was amazing. Very happy customer. I will certainly go there more and I highly recommend it.

I got the lavender spa pedicure which was amazing. Ivy did a great job with the massage and painting my toes! Would highly recommend! Feel so relaxed and my feet feel amazing!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe only place I will go now for pedis and ANC!!They always do their best to get everyone in (and usually have a lot of staff ready to help) and are always friendly.We started going there for pedis, and they always do a great job! They have packages you can add on if you want. We usually get the crystal gel, which turns the water into this jelly… feels super cool! Lol they did recently start charging an extra $20 for gel on pedis, which is a bummer, but still do a great job with the regular polishes. Also, if you can get Jen you’re in for a treat… she’s the BEST! Always so giggly and bubbly, but also really great at what she does. I love her!When my appointment for my wedding nails fell through, Roni got me right and and gave me exactly what I wanted- ombré ANC nails! I’ve now been there a few times since and they’ve yet to let me down. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI had my 3pm appointment today for my pedicure and full set, I had called at 1:33 to make the appointment and when I got there I was told that wasn’t my appointment. So she (Roni) was basically rushing me off the phone wrote another name other than mine and didn’t listen to what I was coming in for she wrote something else!!!! I’m furious I have always faithfully gone there and recommended their services but today changed that I will never set foot in that salon again. So she (Roni) was basically rushing me off the phone wrote another name other than mine and didn’t listen to what I was coming in for she wrote something else!!!!
