My daughter went into Ron Carlos to get a hair color and haircut and style. It was a nightmare. She called me crying. Firstly,the lightener was burning her so they stopped and tried to reverse it. By then the stylist was irritated and just did a terrible cursory cut without even addressing her bangs and said there you go. It was so bad they didn’t charge her. But that still leaves her with ruined hair. The stylists name was Jennifer. Beware. My daughter has had her hair colored lots of times with no problem and her hair had grown out so it had not been colored previously. Totally the stylists fault.

Great experience! Brooke was awesome. She really listened to what I wanted and then delivered! She is very skilled in cutting curly/wavy hair. RCS is AMAZING! Hands down best salon I have ever been to. I have been getting my hair colored & cut here for the past 3 years and loved every minute. Madison does my hair and she is phenomenal but the other girls Rosa, Brooke, Hannah, & Molly are all amazing too. HIGHLY recommend! My hair is so much healthier and longer (I have struggled with growth in the past) since I started coming here!
