I would give a 5 star review because I have been here many times for other services and have never had a issue. However I came yesterday Saturday 1/14/23 for SNS and my service started out really good. A lady helped me pick out my color and started letting my nails soak. Then a gentleman came over to do my nails. He did not have a good personality seemed like he really didn’t want to do much nails. Just didn’t get good vibes from him.

My favorite salon! I rarely leave upset and if I address something I don’t like they fix it immediately and always makes sure I like them before leaving. Today I had steven for the first time and he did not disappoint! My favorite set I’ve gotten from them yet. They are so kind fun to laugh with and just overall great service. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes the place can be a bit unclean but honestly the amount of people coming in, I can see where they may be overwhelmed already!
