Barbers clearly do a great job with haircuts. however when someone calls a day ahead and asks if appointments are necessary on a Saturday or if walk-ins are still welcome as it was last time and they tell you no need for appointment and walk-ins are welcome it would make sense that you would notify them at the same time that there is a sign in list. So when someone walks in at 10:30 in the morning you notify them there’s a list to sign into however even though they walk in at 10:30 75% of the barbers have people on their lists through 1:00 p.m. defeats the purpose of telling anyone that walk-ins are welcome when in fact the process is not allowed for it.I understand covid is causing a mess with everything but should not cause a mess with common sense.
