They did a terrible job. They chipped the same night, she left polish on my skin. Parts of my nails didn’t even have polish on them. I went back and asked them to fix it, they said no because the woman who did my nails wasn’t there. You should honor the work done in your salon, someone else should have fixed them for me. Very disappointed. I would not reccomend this salon at all. I should get a refund, but they won’t do that either. Poor customer service, poor way to run a business. I will never go back.

Chinese lady can’t communicate talking on the phone while doing my nail and cut my finger 4 minutes manicure the shortest session. Didn’t deserve tip. Didn’t even buff my nails or clear polish. Should have read the reviews. Reviews are on par. It’s a shame nice salon won’t be coming back with those folks doing dirty work. Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friend & I went to Romantic Nails to get full sets. I needed a removal before my set. My friend proceeded to get hers done but they were done in less than 30mins. The sheep was off & the ombré coloring wasn’t what she wanted. MY technician was a younger man and he didn’t even try to soak off my old set. He automatically took a plastic nail tip and started shoving it UNDER my old set to remove them!!! IT HURRRTT!! he cracked 4 of my nails, & RIPPED 3 of my nails. I refused to pay for my service and did NOT continue with my service. Every time I tried looking at the RIPPED NAILS THAT WERE ACTIVELY BLEEDING he kept trying to “hide” it by turning my hands away so I couldn’t see it. I will never go back.He also put the DIRTY tools he used BACK into his drawer and I watched as he used the same one on his next client, thankfully I’m clean and I don’t have a blood-borne diseases but EWWWW. My friend & I went to Romantic Nails to get full sets. I needed a removal before my set. My friend proceeded to get hers done but they were done in less than 30mins. So I just moved here from Dallas and my expectations are high!! Went here to do next gen and they had SNS. So they didn’t even file the nails down to make them even. to make matters worse they were done by the owner a tall bald man with glasses kept complaining about his eyes and how bad they were that he had contacts on but had to use his glasses to see!!! Also told me after he was done that another type of nail was better why did he mention this before he started my nails…..

My personal experience was TERRIBLE!! My grand daughter and I request pedicures. I clearly request several times to please Do Not cut to much nail off because I prefer medium length on my toe nails. I DO NOT like them short. I repeated myself 3 times. Maybe 4. This women completely ignored my request and cut them off so short that when she filed my big toe she filed of one of my skin. It was so painful. Apparently they started talking to each . And I couldn’t understand what they were saying to each. But no apologies at all . It was a very uncomfortable situation. I’m sorry, but I’m paying for the service and I’m sure they would feel the same if the tables were turned.

I haven’t been to this place in a couple of years and the one time I go I spent over 2 hours on just a shellac pedicure and still left with them looking horrible. The gentleman I got tried to fix them over and over without even speaking a word to me the whole entire time finally this other man came in and tried to fix them and they still couldn’t get it right. At this point they had already been closed an hour and were done trying to fix my polish. They finished my toes and said here you go they look good and just told me they were not the owners just to come back tomorrow to get them fixed it I didn’t like them. At this point i just wanted my money back why would I want to go back them.

My sister,Mom,daughter and I went to get a pedicure and manicure. Very friendly people. That’s the only good thing about the place. The worst pedicure I have ever had. I do better at home. The manicure took five minutes. Run away.
