Critical: Professionalism, ValueWouldn’t go back if you paid me! I scheduled a “30 minute hair cut” appointment online for $26. The person who trimmed 2″ off the back and less than that around my face took only 10 minutes of that 30 minute hair cut appointment to wash and trim my hair. Then said you’re all set. I asked, aren’t you going to dry my hair? She said I would have had to have scheduled an additional hair drying session at an additional cost when I scheduled the hair cut on line. This is even though it took only 10 minutes of a 30 minute appointment to trim my hair. She never offered me an option to pay an additional amount to have it dried–just I would have had to have schedule an addition session to dry it. So I left with wet hair on a windy day with temperature around 28 degrees and without even fully seeing if what was done was going to look OK till I got home and took less than 5 minutes to dry it! I love Roma IV, all of the stylists there are really friendly and knowledgeable. Their new stylist Tiffany has been working with me over the past few months as I transition from a reddish brown to blonde. She has managed to get me to the most perfect beach blonde while getting rid of all the unwanted brassy tones I had. I have never met a stylist so committed to giving me exactly what I want and she knows what I need before I do. I would highly recommend Roma Iv for all your hair needs!!
