THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Won’t be back and have already spoke with my lawyer..I have never been here before. I started with virgin hair down to my butt..I wanted a long Lob . That’s short in the back and longer in the front..I got a straight across blunt looking cut.. No angle.. It might be slightly longer in the front but it looks like a blunt cut the everyone.. The girl Kylie that cut it is obvious inexperienced. She kept asking for help from the stylist next to us.. It’s still not well done..I wanted a bright burgendy on the bottom and dark black roots to cover my grey hair.. My hair is Barney purple on top my head and black as hell everywhere else..I voiced I was extremely unhappy. The secretary came around and told me it was all my fault She said well we can plop some black dye in your head if that’s what you want..( don’t know how that would help the bottom). Then argued with me. That turned into screaming..i obviously didn’t want the women screaming and threatening me to recut my hair.. So I asked if I could come back the next day to get another girl to fix it.. She kept screaming at me that she would cut it.. She told me I was paying full price for the haircut and color(.$100 plus dollars.) She then threatened me with the police very loudly in front of everyone..I felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened… She didn’t care I was unhappy only wanted all the money. I was never offered a discount price or given any other options to resolve the situation… I even asked to come back the next day and let the other girl fix it and was refused.. DO NOT GO THERE.
