Critical: Professionalism, QualityWell for starters: you can’t have a falling off the hinges salon and poor customer service with it.I went in for a simple eyebrow threading. I sat for a few minutes, was addressed by the operator in the first Chair to the left of the salon, by asking ” what you need?” My first red flag.Once seated, she attempted to service me without: a. Washing/sanitizing her hands.b. Not wearing a mask as servicing a client.c. Attempting to thread using the same thread collecting whatever in her pocket.When I asked her to address all 3 above, there was an immediate shift in level of professionalism and her response to my request.Let me just say, this is the way you’re SUPPOSED to run a place where you are in person to person contact. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad been doing my eyebrows on my own to the point of losing my arches and nice shape…I was apprehensive due to the pandemic to go threading…but at Roma they have adjusted their technique (they don’t use their mouth to thread is outstanding!). I went last month for the first time…My sister referred my to Archna…she is awesome! Welcoming, professional and listens to the customer needs and wishes…she also consults as to the best way to regrow your eyebrows for the best possible shape! She did wonders with the messed up shapes I brought her…lol. Had been doing my eyebrows on my own to the point of losing my arches and nice shape…I was apprehensive due to the pandemic to go threading…but at Roma they have adjusted their technique (they don’t use their mouth to thread is outstanding!).
