Disgusting place,felt very unsanitary, employees here need to stop talking so much while doing customers eye brows, and focus on work! I came here to get eyebrow threading and my eyebrows look uneven, and i found out they overcharged me by taking an additional $1 tip without even asking me, completely disgusting.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCame here for eyebrow threading on New Years Eve, and left with one a half eyebrow. When I looked at myself after she was done I was shocked, she took out half of my right eyebrow! When I pointed it out to her she said my hair is falling out itself, and that I had microblading done when I never did. She didn’t even want to admit her mistake; didn’t even apologize, she said she did nothing wrong and kept blaming me, and she still charged me $8 for her “amazing and professional” job! Came here for eyebrow threading on New Years Eve, and left with one a half eyebrow. When I looked at myself after she was done I was shocked, she took out half of my right eyebrow! Please have some professionalism and communicate better with your guests instead of giving awful services, taking an additional $1 tip after giving a bad service is completely unacceptable, i have been a customer for over a year and that ends today. thank you

I’ve been coming to this salon for years. Some of the women are great at the eyebrows and hair removal. On this last occasion I asked for my eye brows and side burns waxed. The last few times I had threading the friction irritated my skin. I got wax only last 2 times and no irritation. So I asked for just wax. This woman spent 2 minutes explaining the thread is better maybe the others did it too hard she is good and will do it gentile. Well my side burns were waxed then she “touch it up ” with thread. She went over board and threaded more of my cheek then needed and close to my eye. I told her no more but she insisted on the threading being necessary. No more then 10 min after leaving my cheeks are inflamed and covered in red bumps. I should have listened to my gut and never let her talk me into the threat at all because she took advantage and did my whole face damn near.

I don’t usually leave the review but that’s kind a messed up. I went to roma beauty salon and she messed up my one of the brow( I don’t remember her name) but they had a one job to do and they couldn’t even do. I’d rather not to go this place ever again.

At first glance I was happy when I stumbled upon this place, they had an appointment available, it was 25$ regular (don’t get the Groupon deal, it’s 25.50 so you not saving any money) and the room is super nice… until I saw the bed… wrapped with plastic very uncomfortable when dealing with wax.. the lady only put paper over it like that helps and she didn’t clean it after she was done with me so I’m guessing she didn’t clean after the person before me either. It was painful, more painful than usual. Regular honey wax was used yet when I called I was told I have the option to use the painless wax beans which is a lie because when I arrived she only had one wax available. Any who she kept going over the same place with the wax which irritated me. Not all the hair was removed and I’m not talking about the small stubborn hairs I’m talking about 4 week growth, she missed some spots and left me all sticky. Will not be going back. Not even in a dire emergency.
