Haribola .. Most Wonderful experience! Mona saved my wedding day !! With super short notice she took me and my maid of honor in for henna . My henna was a traditional style of the most beautifully intricate and detailed free hand design . Mona was so talented and so kind . She was able to do both sides of my hands, arms and feet in just a few hours. Done in a very chic styling room, i was made to feel like a Queen . I chose to get a natural facial mask which left my face and neck moisturized, tightened and rejuvenated. She also encouraged me to try the eyebrow threading . My first ever experience, and I loved it ! They are clean and natural looking; wonderfully shaped, but still thick like I requested and, no damage to my skin, unlike I experience with waxing.

Salon is nice and clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. Mona is very professional and knowledgeable hairstylist. She did my highlight, keratin care and microdermabrasion. She guided me which color looks good on me. She took time to make sure my hair looks good. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good highlights,color, facial massage etc.

I am so upset. It’s been about 6 months since I’ve had my eyebrows done. First mistake was going back to Roma. Jyoti was my original brow lady but since COVID she hasn’t returned. This new lady completely thinned out and misshaped my brows even after I told her I wanted them to remain thick with an arch. One of my brows is even longer than the other! I am so disgusted and will NEVER patronize this establishment again. Just like many, my brows are important to me and I feel violated. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The 1 star is not even deserving.

I always try roma every couple months if im DESPERATE and they always disappoint. I have naturally thick eyebrows, why did i come home to two pencil lines on my face.. one squared & one round. i should have done my own damn eyebrows! it took her a total of 2 minutes to finish my eyebrows. and then she wants to ask for a tip when there are tears in my eyes! i have never ever had to fill in my eyebrows. photos attached.
