I have had rolfing before from different Rolfers in Florida and Vermont, and this was by far the least helpful practictioner I have had. I would not recommend Rolfing Vermont to anyone and I will not be returning. He didnt do actual Rolfing but instead a combination of what I can only guess is a mix of amatuer attempts to copy different therapies. In fact some of what he specifically did and told me directly contradicted the basic tenants of Rolfing. If you feel it can be better than this and dont see fast huge improvements then please try someone else– real Rolfing is amazing, permanent, and fast. I just finally finished my ten series with a good Rolfer so Im glad I found someone other than Rolfing Vermont. With this other Rolfer my neck and back and whole body has transformed dramatically and quickly and I feel so much less pain and greater comfort so I’m glad I found a real Rolfer in Burlington, but sadly my experience with Rolfing Vermont was dismal and amatuerish.
