Wish I would been able to use the gift certificate I was given from my family. I understand not accepting expired ones, but when it expired during covid and I wasn’t comfortable going out you don’t have to say “well we were only closed for 6 weeks!” Especially when I asked to even be given a partial credit. I really don’t get how someone can feel good about just pocketing people’s money during a pandemic but it really shows the values your place of business embraces.
