I have been going to Rohi Nail and Spa I will say about 2 and half years and I love going there every time I go my nail tech Isabel does such a great job I am always happy on how my nails turned out the whole staff is friendly and outgoing as well I 100% recommend you to attend this Nail Salon I get so many compliments on my nails I love it. I wasn’t going to write a review, but after some thought I need to voice my thoughts. To begin, I made an appt a week ago with Ivis and confirmed with her the day before. However, when I arrived Ivis referred me to another Tech. I was not greeted upon entering, instead simply pointed to the Station I was to go to and asked if I had a picture. I assumed she was asking for a picture of the design I wanted(?). The young lady she sent me to appeared caught off guard and wasn’t welcoming at all. Of course, the longer I sat she seemed to warm up and let me know she wasn’t fluent in English. We had a few stumbles as she attempted to use a black acrylic for the fill instead of white and I asked for coffin shaped nails, but I got square. The acrylic is bubbling today, my nails are too thick even though I tried to tell her that I didn’t want them thick, my tips are thick and they were not cleaned underneath. In closing, I went there for Ivis as I’d read reviews that she does good work. I didn’t learn I wasn’t with Ivis until long after sitting with someone else. I happened to read the name on her License (2 yrs experience) and asked why she was called Ivis if her name is Isabella? It was then that I learned who Ivis was and the young lady explained that Ivis was busy. How is it that Ivis was busy when I was on her calendar? If she wasn’t available she should have told me that and cancelled. There was no explanation or apology given, I was simply passed off to someone who is clearly inexperienced. I don’t want to trash the Tech as she did the best she could do in building my nails. She did do a good job with the design, however. And, I didn’t appreciate the $4.99 charge for using my debit. $40 became $49, after the fee and tip. Yes, I tipped the Tech because I think she did the best she could do. I will not return there for a number of reasons- poor Customer Service, lack of business etiquette, atmosphere, location and below average skill. Now, I have to have my nails redone somewhere until my Tech returns from vacation…ugh!

Worst nails I have ever had.2 lifted and cracked my natural nails so very bad. I had to go back to another nail place get them removed and replaced with a new set. I paid a lot for the nails. They were way to thick and I felt like I had bricks on my hands. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone I know. They posted they’re work on Facebook so I gave them a chance. Worse mistake I ever made.

Went there a few years back and instantly regretted it. One of the ladies saw my nails and insisted she could do way better so I decided to give it a try. WORST decision ever, not only did my my pedicure chip by the time I got to car, when I chose my nail color she made a comment saying she didn’t know if the color matched my skin tone. The whole time there one of the other coworkers was calling me stupidi n spanish not knowing I also speak spanish. NEVER WENT BACK.

I religiously keep up with my nails, anything I show Ivis she masters or does an even better job than what I have in mind! They are true artists!
