She was very unprofessional.She seemed to be in a big rush to do my hair and leave… My braids were very sloppy and when I asked her to correct them she shrugged her shoulders and told me it was not a big deal and that’s just the way she braids. I had to use my own product and styling tools myself to fix the job she had done. She was very unprofessional.She seemed to be in a big rush to do my hair and leave… My braids were very sloppy and when I asked her to correct them she shrugged her shoulders and told me it was not a big deal and that’s just the way she braids. I had to use my own product and styling tools myself to fix the job she had done. Am new in Washington and was looking for someone to braid my hair. When I called Rohi, she was able to direct me where to buy hair and made my appointment with her. She was very accommodating and very professional. She was very fast as well. I had my hair done after work and she was done by closing time. Very neat and well done braids. Rohi was great! I contacted her to see if she had any appointments the day of … she reached back out to me within 10min and I went to see her 2 hours later! She also let me bring along my 2 month old infant, which never happens.. thank you!!! Not to mention .. full head of crochet braids .. 1 hour!!! Amazing. I will definitely be seeing her again
