Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have heard nothing but amazing reviews of this salon, so I had to try it out. Let me just tell you the reviews I heard do not do it justice. First, the atmosphere feels like home. They are very welcoming and friendly. Also, Tyree did an amazing job on my hair. I haven’t had my hair colored in awhile ( thanks to covid) and she made it look like a million bucks. I have never felt this confident in a long time. Let me just say I will be a customer forever and ever. Thank you again for bringing back to life and making me feel amazing. I have heard nothing but amazing reviews of this salon, so I had to try it out. Let me just tell you the reviews I heard do not do it justice. First, the atmosphere feels like home. They are very welcoming and friendly. Also, Tyree did an amazing job on my hair. I haven’t had my hair colored in awhile ( thanks to covid) and she made it look like a million bucks. Positive: ProfessionalismI was on vacation in Snowflake, AZ for a few days. Prior to vacation, I experienced a hair color mishap. I stopped in the Rogue Salon & Spa in hopes they could correct the problem. Tia and her staff went above and beyond to work me in – even though they were all busy. I can’t say enough positive things about the service I received! My hair color problem was not an easy fix, but they were able to correct it! It was obvious that Tia has expertise with hair color. I was on vacation in Snowflake, AZ for a few days. Prior to vacation, I experienced a hair color mishap. I stopped in the Rogue Salon & Spa in hopes they could correct the problem. Tia and her staff went above and beyond to work me in – even though they were all busy. I can’t say enough positive things about the service I received! My hair color problem was not an easy fix, but they were able to correct it! It was obvious that Tia has expertise with hair color. I’m extremely happy with the end result! Thank you Tia and staff!

I’ve heard mountains of praise and I’ve heard a few complaints. These are the things I’ve learned. *If you want a miracle performed after years of bad box dyes, be patient. It’s a process that will include a few visits. *Don’t get all upset if everyone is busy and nobody is sitting at the desk to help you. Stick your head around the corner and announce your presence. They don’t know you’re there if you never say anything. *You get what you pay for. If you want a cheap haircut go to Supercuts. They stay up to date on latest trends and use high quality product. This costs money. *These women do not look like you and I do on a regular basis. (Yes this was a complaint I heard. ) They are beautiful and when they are at work they have perfect hair and makeup. Would you want your hair done by someone who looks like they are still in pajamas with makeup on from two days ago? No! If this intimidates you go elsewhere because these girls are on point! *Lastly, they agonize over you. They want you to feel beautiful. They worry after you leave if you are truly happy or not and they will work their booties off to fix it if you aren’t. Critical: Quality, ValueI went in and got my acrylics filled on Friday, come Saturday, the very next day, I had one completely come off, and several are about to break. The lady burnt my nail beds and are all oddly shaped. Her kids were there and very distracting. Non of my nails have a proper Apex. Very disappointed! I will be calling to get my money back. Her kids were there and very distracting. Non of my nails have a proper Apex. Very disappointed! I will be calling to get my money back. Was not worth $35.
