Was expecting to get a beautiful haircut like in the pictures shown. Instead I got a Mohawk when I asked for a mullet. The hair dresser also prioritized a regular customer over me. He rushed the hair cut and appointment, completely forgetting to shave one side of my head. And when I was unhappy with the cut, he didn’t even try to fix it then, he told me to come back another day. How are you expecting people to regularly come back for hair cuts when you don’t prioritize the customers that are in your chair.
